Born in İskenderun in 1975, Op. Dr. Selçuk Gözcü completed his primary, secondary, and high school education in his hometown. He then graduated from Karadeniz Technical University Faculty of Medicine. He completed his specialty training in Neurosurgery at Okmeydanı Training and Research Hospital.

Throughout his professional career, Op. Dr. Selçuk Gözcü has advanced his expertise in many specialized fields of neurosurgery. He holds certifications in areas such as neuro-oncological surgery, neurovascular surgery, peripheral nerve surgery, pediatric neurosurgery, spinal nerve and spine surgery, and cranial and spinal neurotrauma surgery. He performs advanced surgical procedures in all of these fields.

With his experience in neurosurgery and his multidisciplinary approach, he evaluates his patients’ diagnosis and treatment processes from a holistic perspective. Since each patient’s clinical condition, lifestyle, and expectations are different, personalized treatment models are prioritized over standard approaches in treatment planning.
